Angel left Sunnydale after The Mayor was defeated, knowing he and Buffy couldn't be together. He is joined in L.A. by Wesley (Faith's second watcher) and Cordelia.

Season 1-Angel moves to L.A., away from Buffy. Doyle and Angel meet up in Angel's apartment, after he's been drinking. Doyle has visions, sent from "The Powers That Be." He has visions and relays them to Angel. Doyle makes the ultimate sacrifice, giving his life to save a clan of demons. Cordelia inherits the visions. Wesley shows up a week or so later, in pursuit of a demon. Thats when they form a group. Cordelia, Angel, and Wesley form of groups of demon fighters. Gunn, a rogue vampire killer, shows up late Season 1. He and Angel don't initally get along.
Wolfram and Hart want Angel to lose his soul, they preform a ritual to bring Darla back, only human.
Season 2-Darla haunts Angel's dreams, erotic dreams. He enventually drifts back into the darkness. Firing his crew, and hunting down Darla, recently sired by Drusilla. Darla pulls Angel out of the darkness in the form of a "release." Angel re-joins forces with Wesley, Gunn, and Cordelia.
A strange vision comes to Cordelia, and Angel and the Fang Gang are off to another dimension in search of Cordelia, and another girl, Fred.
Season 3-After returning from Pylea, Angel was greeted by Willow who had bad news. Buffy was dead. Darla returns early in this season, pregnant. She gives her life just so the child can be born. Holtz returns and kidnaps the child and brings him to a hell dimension. Connor returns, a full grown teen. He seeks revenge on Angel for what he thought he did to Holtz and Holtz's family. He locks Angel in a crate in the bottom of the sea.
Season 4-Cordelia has gone missing, ascended to a higher plane. Angel and the gnag head of to Las Vegas, when they return, Cordelia is there, and she remembers nothing. Angel hides his vampirism from her, she finds out and runs to Connor.
A new monster called "The Beast" shows up, an enemy from Angel's past. Cordelia announces she's pregnant with Connor's child. Angel makes a connection with what Cordelia says, and what the Beast's master has been saying inside his head while he was Angelus.
Cordelia gives birth to Jasmine, a God. Cordelia is sent into a coma after giving life to Jasmine. She enslaves everyone with her magic, makes them her willing slave. Fred breaks free from the spell by coming in contact with Jasmine's blood. She runs and eventually breaks Angel out of it as well. They return to the Hyperion and help the rest of the Fang Gang.
With everyone under Jasmine's spell, Connor betraying them, Angel and the gang flee for the sewers. Angel goes into another dimension to finbd out Jasminr's "real" name. The only thing that can break the spell.
Angel returns to earth with the real name in hand. After freeing everyone from the spell all hell breaks loose. Connor kills Jasmine, and the Fang Gang get offered Wolfram and Hart.
Season 5-Angel and the rest now work at Wolfram and Hart. Spike shows materializes in Angel's office, and attempts to attack him only to realize he/s incorporeal. (Skipping ahead.) SPike, now corporeal, is now a rogue vampire hunter. He rejons Angel and the Gang after his "seer" is proven to be a fake. Cordelia awakens to help Angel get his confidence back and to give him one last gift.
Fred takes ill after looking at a sarcaughapgus. Her body is slowly eaten out by Illyria, a demon who was feared by many. Illyria takes residence in Fred's body after her death and begins to feel attracted to Wesley. But Wesley rejects her feelings.
Angel begins to act weird, causing the others to think he's Angelus again. He lets them in that he plans to take on "The Circle of the Black Thorn." (Skipping forward.)
With Wesley dead, and Gunn near death, Spike, Angel and the others ready themselves for the final battle, a battle none of them expect to survive.
Buffy The Vampire Slayer (WARNING SPOLIERS)

Buffy is your normal girl, she goes to highschool, thinks about guys, slays vampires, and saves the day again again.
Buffy The Vampire Slayer was on for 7 years, a total of 144 eps.

Season 1 brought Buffy to television, but it was the movie that started it all.
Season 1-Buffy is the new girl at Sunnydale High, she doesn't fit in and having a crazy principal like Snyder doesn't help the Situation. The Master plots to take over Sunnydale with his army of vampires, but to do that the prophecy must be fulfilled. Buffy inevitable begins fighting The Master with help from Giles; Cordelia; Xander; Willow; and Angel, the vampire with a soul.
Season 2 pits her against Spike, Drusilla, and her own boyfriend Angelus (Angel without a soul.) Season 2 also brings another Slayer in: Kendra. Who was called after Buffy's death at the hands of The Master. But seeing as how she didn't stay dead there are now 2 Slayers. Buffy makes a deal with Spike, he gets to leave town with Drusilla, and she gets to fight Angelus, for the last time.
Season 3-Introduces Faith, another slayer called after Kendra's defeat at the hands of Drusilla. Faith comes to town after her Watcher was killed. Faith and Buffy become friends, but that doesn't last. Their friendship is shattered when Faith kills the Deputy Mayor. Faith teams up with The Mayor and tries to take over Sunnydale. She is put in a coma when Buffy stabs her in the stomach. Buffy stops the mayor on the day of ascension or "Graduation Day"
Season 4-After Angel leaves for L.A. Buffy enters UC Sunnydale. Where she meets Riley, an agent in a special ops unit that hunts demons. Willow meets Tara in college and the two girls eventually begin dating and fall in love. (Spike (James Marsters) also returns and becomes a regular.) Buffy quickly joins forces with them but soon discovers they are not all they seem. She pulls out and is soon confronts Adam, the cration of the special ops unit. They have a final showdown which leads to the deafeat and end of the special ops team.
Season 5-With the appearance of Dawn, Buffy must figure out who she really is. "The Key" as Glory refers to her as, Dawn is the key to another demon dimension. GLory eventually finds out that Dawn is the key and goes after her. She finally captures her and preforms the ceremony, opening the portal. Buffy and her friends defeat Glory and Buffy makes the ultimate sacrifice, ending her life by jumping into the energy.
Season 6-After being brought back to life by her friends, Buffy begins an estranged relationship with Spike; Andrew, Warren, and Jonathan team up and plan to take over Sunnydale; and Willow falls into a continuing patern of magic usage. Tara worries more and more about Willow and begins to think Willow should stop using so much magic.
Willow eventually comes to the realization that she should stop and tries, but not before Tara leaves her.
After being foiled by Buffy, Warren comes back to kill her, but ends up killing Tara who had recently gotten back together with Willow. Grief stricken Willow goes on a deadly ramage, first killing Warren, then hunting Andrew and Jonathan done. This gives Buffy no choice but to save them.
Season 7-Willow works with Giles in England to help her control her addiction to magic. Buffy and the others have to fight a strong enemy. Potential Slayers are being killed all over the world. The First is looking to end the Slayer line. Willow returns from Engaland to help, later followed by Giles. Faith returns as well, this time ot fight evil, not stand by it. Buffy and the "Slayerettes" and the "Potentials" finally confront the uber-vamps, vamps that have been killing their friends. Willow does one last spell, she turns the "Potentials" in to Slayers. In the end, some of the potentials have died, and Anya was killed.
